Just a friendly reminder about this weekends High Country Race….
There are only two more High Country races left this year! Our goal as a team is to defend our title as high country champions. We hope everyone will sign up, show up and compete this weekend.
Before Friday-Sign up for this weekends race at https://adminskiracing.com/node/184765. Be sure to go skiing if possible, exercise, be active, recover, sleep, and eat healthy. Tuesday/Thursday practices are great opportunities to get some extra miles in.
Saturday-We will train GS. Practice starts at 8. Be on time. Go free skiing after practice.
Sunday- HCJRS Race will be GS on Oma’s meadow. Registration starts at 7:30. Inspection 8-8:45. Race starts at 9. Make sure those skis are tuned and waxed.
